Welcome to MyLife’s Health of the Nation 2024 Challenge!
Our latest Health of the Nation research has shown that our health score has declined for a 5th consecutive year – mainly due to physical, nutritional & social connection factors. The good news is that MyLife is here to help!
Not only do MyLife users on average have a higher health score than the general population, our challenge activities can help you to understand more about your health and ways to improve it.
From 14th October to 3rd November join us for our Health of the Nation Challenge - 3 week challenge
Week 1: Physical Activity
π It’s recommended we get 30 minutes of physical activity a day, that’s 3.5 hours a week. Regular exercise also helps to improve our sleep, reduce stress & boost our overall mood.

Week 2: Nutrition for Gut Health & Physical Activity
π₯¦ Almost 65% of people on average experience gut health issues. Adding fibre sources to your diet and getting your 5 a Day can help to proactively support your gut health.
π― In addition to tracking 4km a day, set yourself a nutrition goal on MyLife to stay on track & you’ll be entered into our week 2 draw for a chance to win an Airfryer and a €250 Dunnes Stores Gift voucher
Week 3: Social Connection & Physical Activity
π€ We are social animals! Feeling part of community and connected to friends & family is an important part of our overall wellbeing.
