As well as access to the full range of features on the MyLife App, our users can also earn points and redeem them in the MyLife Reward Store. You can access the store via your MyLife app by tapping the Reward tab at the bottom right of your screen.

How to earn MyLife points

MyLife points are points you can earn for healthy behaviours listed below. You can view how many MyLife points your have earned by looking at the My Points section under the Wheel of Life in your MyLife app.

exercising and tracking activities
getting sufficient sleep
achieving a monthly goal of your choice

Who is eligible for MyLife Rewards?

All MyLife users have access to our Fitbit range, Costa Coffee vouchers and PointsPlay Draws.
Irish Life customers on certain plans can use their MyLife points to claim even more great rewards through the app. You’ll find more information on the eligibility requirements to get rewards below.

Do MyLife points expire?

MyLife points earned on your profile do not currently expire if your account remains activated.

If you are already logged into the MyLife app, go to Me Today and scroll to Reward at the end of the page.

MyLife PointsPlay Draws

MyLife PointsPlays consist of weekly, monthly and quarterly raffle draws in our Reward Store with brands to support your health & wellbeing.

To be in with a chance to win, our users can enter these draws by simply by playing their MyLife points. Follow these simple steps to enter a PointsPlay raffle today!

1. Open your MyLife app & tap the Rewards tab
2. Tap the search icon & type PointsPlay
3. Pick a prize & play your points to be in with a chance to win!

Improve your MyLife experience with Fitbit

To help improve your MyLife experience, Fitbit connects directly to the MyLife app and allows your steps, sleep, activities & more to sync with MyLife, giving you a more accurate Health Score and earning you points!

We have recently updated our Fitbit range, available to purchase now in the MyLife Reward Store, including the Fitbit Ace 3. Inspire 3, Sense 2 & Versa 4. You can use your MyLife points *or a combination of points and cash.

MyLife points are points you can earn for healthy behaviours such as exercising and tracking your workout, getting sufficient sleep and achieving a monthly goal of your choice.

If you’re an Irish Life customer with an eligible plan, you can redeem these points in the online Reward Store to claim great rewards. You’ll find more information on eligible plans here.

How can I earn MyLife points?

You can earn MyLife points for the following healthy behaviours:

Tracking your exercise;
Getting sufficient sleep;
Achieving a monthly goal that you set yourself (activity, nutrition or lifestyle);
Answering the Health Coach’s questions;
Tracking your weight.

Can I get rewards for using MyLife?

How do I get rewards?

If you are an Irish Life customer that is eligible to receive rewards, you can claim your rewards through the MyLife app. Simply click on the 'Rewards' icon (bottom right) to be taken to the Rewards Store. Here you can browse through the selection of rewards available. Pick your desired reward and if you have earned enough MyLife points, you'll be able to add the reward to your shopping basket and redeem it.

Do MyLife points count in the calculation of the Health Score?

MyLife points are for motivational and reward purposes only. They are not linked to your Health Score, which is the real-time indicator of your health and wellbeing.

You can earn MyLife points for various activities. The healthier the lifestyle choices that you make, the more points you will earn over time.
