MyLife Reward Store Changes April 2024

  1. What will be different in the MyLife Reward Store?

    There will be a new look and feel to the Reward Store making it easier for you to navigate and find products to purchase and PointsPlay raffles to enter.
    Based on data some of the less popular items have been removed but all the old favourites will still be available such as our gift cards, gadgets and tech as well as a section where you can donate your points to a range of worthy charities.
    We have introduced some new items to the PointsPlay raffles too such as concert tickets and will have the occasional surprise and delight offerings in the store so keep an eye out!
  2. Why is there an increase in points value of products?

    This is the first time since the launch of MyLife that we have increased the points value of products in the store.  This increase this is due to rising sourcing prices.  Please refer to point 5 in our terms of use document which covers this change.  The MyLife app will continue to be available FREE to download so you can continue earning points for healthy behaviours in the same way to spend on MyLife Rewards. The more you interact with MyLife the more points you will earn– a great incentive to engage in healthy behaviours!
  3. When will this be effective from?

    From April 2024 you will notice an increase in the points value of some products and PointsPlay raffles in the MyLife Reward Store.  Orders you have placed before this date will not be impacted.
  4. Can I still earn points in the same way?

    MyLife points can be earned in the same way by exercising and tracking activities, getting sufficient sleep, achieving a monthly goal of your choice and answering the health assessments in the Wheel of Life.

  5. What can I spend my MyLife points on?

    As a Premium User you can purchase products or donate your points to charity providing you have earned the required points.  You can also enter our MyLife PointsPlay raffles for a chance to win prizes.
  6. Is there a maximum order quantity?

    There is a maximum order quantity of 1 transaction per person per day (subject to points balance)

    There will be a limited number of items available in store each month. When items are out of stock they will be removed from the store until stock levels are replenished.
