What are the Prizes?

Any participants who track* 100km will be included in our prize draw for 1 of 50 Fitbit Luxe.

A company whose employees record 4,000km or more on the MyLife app during the challenge period will be included in the prize draw for 1 of 4 €2,500 donations to a charity of choice. The challenge winners will be drawn at random

*Only step activities will be included in the challenge

What is your Health Score?

Your MyLiife Health Score is a scientifically calculated number from 1 to 1,000. As you engage with MyLife, your score will move up or down in real-time. The more information you enter, the more accurate your Health Score will be.

You can increase your Health Score by tracking your exercise and becoming more active, eating healthily and getting sufficient sleep.

When is it?

The WorkLife Fitness Challenge 2021 is now closed. The challenge started on Wednesday 9th June and ended at midnight on Wednesday 30th June.

Why should I get involved?

We want to reward your employees for embracing a healthier lifestyle through MyLife. A participant who hits the individual target of 100km over the three weeks will be in a draw to WIN 1 of 50 Fitbit Luxe. They can run, walk, jog, whatever suits to accumulate or exceed the target distance - the more activity (within their capability of course) the higher their Health Score and the bigger the hero they’ll be with their colleagues (well two out of three ain’t bad!). Not only that, if you help your company reach the 4,000km target they will be in our prize draw for 1 of 4 €2,500 donations to their charity of choice.

How is our team/company score calculated?

Your company score will be the total distance tracked by your participating employees through the duration of the challenge.

What is an 'Eligible Charity'?
The charity must be registered with the Charities Regulator in Ireland.
