How Do I Take Part?
The goal is to take 30 minutes per day for yourself, 5 days a week over 3 weeks to earn 1 day on the MyLife leader board. Any activity available on MyLife counts - walking, running, gardening, cycling, yoga, meditation - there are over 115 actvites to choose from!

If participants track 30,000 days of activity we will donate €10,000 to the Samaritans (a minimum of 30 minutes continuous activity counts as 1 day on our leader board).
You’ll also have the opportunity to win great prizes for you and your club!
