Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions (as amended from time to time, the “Offer Terms”) govern eligible Members of MyLife as specified below (“you” or “your”) availing of an offer initiated by Irish Life (“MyLife Offer”). Participation in a MyLife Offer shall be deemed a full and unconditional acceptance by you of these Offer Terms.
  2. These Offer Terms are supplemental to the MyLife Terms of Use (including the Acceptable Usage Policy) which you have already accepted and you agree that they will also apply to your participation in any MyLife Offer. In particular, you are reminded of the disclaimers in paragraph 12 of the MyLife Terms of Use which contains important provisions limiting our liability to you for transactions through the Reward Store. Unless expressly stated to the contrary, (i) any defined term used in these Offer Terms shall have the same meaning as the defined term in the MyLife Terms of Use and (ii) if there is a conflict between these Offer Terms and the MyLife Terms of Use (including the Acceptable Usage Policy), the latter shall prevail.  These Offer Terms are separate to our Privacy Notice and Cookies Notice. You should also read these carefully.
  3. All Standard, Enhanced and Premium Members of MyLife have a once-off opportunity to purchase a Fitbit Charge 4  (“the Product”) at a specially discounted price of €109 (one hundred and nine euro) plus 600 MyLife Points (“the Price”) through the Reward Store (“the Offer”). Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the MyLife Terms of Use, the Offer is open to Standard Members and access to the Reward Store is open to Standard Members during the Offer Period defined below.
  4. Any Standard, Enhanced or Premium Members who wish to avail of the Offer must accept the Terms and Conditions of the Reward Store, which is currently operated by Loylogic Inc. (and its affiliates), and the Terms and Conditions of the relevant merchant, which in the case of the Offer, is Fitbit International Limited (“Fitbit”).
  5. The Offer is available to Standard, Enhanced and Premium Members of MyLife only, is non-transferrable and is limited to 1 (one) Product per person.
  6. To avail of the Offer, Standard, Enhanced or Premium Members must also redeem 600 MyLife Points. The cash element of the Price may not be further reduced by the redemption of additional MyLife Points.
  7. The Offer is available for a limited time only and runs from 11 January 2021 to 8 February 2021, both dates inclusive (“the Offer Period”).
  8. Irish Life reserves the right to withdraw, vary or cancel the Offer at any time without notice before the end of the Offer Period in the event of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to the Product being unavailable for any reason or where circumstances dictate.
  9. Neither Irish Life nor any of its Affiliates shall be liable to any Standard, Enhanced or Premium Member for the withdrawal, variation or cancellation of the Offer.
  10. Neither Irish Life nor any of its Affiliates shall accept any liability whatsoever for loss or damage arising from participation in the Offer or for the Product itself.
  11. ​The existence, formation, interpretation and operation of these Offer Terms, and all matters and disputes (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, is subject to Irish law and Members can bring proceedings in respect of these Offer Terms in the Irish courts.
