The MyLife Wellbeing App is no longer available. The external technology provider that powered the MyLife Wellbeing App has ceased trading and, as a result, the MyLife Wellbeing App is no longer available and has been permanently removed from the app stores. We know this may come as disappointing news, particularly if the MyLife Wellbeing App has been part of your daily routine or your company’s wellbeing programme. We would like to sincerely thank you for being part of the MyLife community and for everything you’ve achieved with us over the years. What this means for you - The MyLife Wellbeing App and Reward Store are no longer available as of 20th August 2026 - The closure of the MyLife Wellbeing App does not affect any Irish Life products you may hold, including health insurance, pension, investment or protection products. - If you have any questions, you can refer to our FAQ or our Support Team is here to help, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Is my personal information safe? Yes. Protecting your personal information remains a priority for Irish Life and your data will continue to be managed securely and in line with applicable data protection requirements. All MyLife Wellbeing App accounts will be deactivated on 20th August 2026; all data will then be deleted 30 days after deactivation. MyLife Rewards As the MyLife Reward Store was scheduled to close on 31st August, the remaining rewards fund is being donated to Irish Life’s nominated charity partners, Jack & Jill Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and A Lust For Life. Irish Life’s ongoing commitment to wellbeing While the MyLife Wellbeing App has come to an end, Irish Life’s commitment to supporting the health and wellbeing of our customers remains unchanged. We will continue to develop and enhance solutions that help people build healthier habits and support wellbeing across our communities and corporate partners.
