MyLife 10 Mile Challenge

We've just completed a 10K challenge so here's something a little more challenging. Let's go even further this time and get ready for the MyLife 10 Mile Weekend Challenge over the 16th and 17th August. It's also the 2nd event in the 2025 Irish Life Race Series - The Frank Duffy 10 Mile on Saturday 16th August in Dublin's Phoenix Park.

Track the full 16K or 8k a day - however you choose - walk, run, jog to hit the target from a location of your choice to be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a €500 Tesco voucher.

MyLife 10K Weekend Challenge Update

Huge thanks to over 4600 participants for taking part in the MyLife 10K Challenge over the weekend of the 12th and 13th July to mark the start of the 2025 Irish Life Race Series. 3093 of you hit the 10K target and a total of 67,196 Kilometres were clocked up over the 2 days. Congratulations to Aisling O’Donoghue the winner of a €500 Adidas voucher!

😊 WellFest Challenge on MyLife

🙏 We’ve now reached the finish line! Thanks to over 7,000 participants who joined us to track 5K a Day from 9th to 22nd May. We tracked a massive 465,870 Kms - that's enough distance to circle the globe 11 times. Congratulations to our two lucky winners of a €1,000 voucher for Adare Manor:

2025 Workplace Fitness Challenge

We've reached the finish line.

Huge thanks to 3,400 participants from over 100 participating companies joined us for our Workplace Fitness Challenge to track 2.5 million steps for their company over 3 weeks Together we tracked a massive 634 million steps that's enough to get us around the world 12 times!

‌65 companies hit our 2.5 million steps target, and an average of 2398 participants hit our weekly 42,000 steps target. We've been feeling the benefits of physical exercise too as our MyLife health score jumped up from 604 to 617 over the course of the challenge - the higher our health score the healthier we are considered to be.
